The first meeting of our peer-support group for people concerned about climate change takes place on Thursday the 12th January.
Our peer-support group is friendly and welcoming. It’s for anyone who is concerned about climate change. We do our best to create an atmosphere where people feel comfortable talking about their feelings and experiences.
Topics for this meeting:
- How peer-support can help us with climate change and our feelings about it.
- Our personal feelings and concerns about climate change.
- What we hope to get from being part of this group.
- An introduction to two ways of coping with the worry and anxiety caused by the climate crisis.
