Climate Conversations is our Peer Support group for anyone who is concerned about the climate crisis.
In our group we support each other as we try to come to terms with what’s happening to our world and figure out how we want to respond. This includes our emotional responses, the actions we can take in our everyday lives and strategies for looking after ourselves.
We have learnt that it really helps to be with other people who care and to have the opportunity to talk things through with other people.
It’s not been an easy time for most of us recently. So the group chose self-care for this week’s topic.
